Job description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near Hill AFB, UT.  As a Cloud Sys Admin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on cloud environments.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services
  • Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms
  • Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner

What you'll need:

  • 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position 
  • Experience working in a cloud environment 
  • IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification)
  • Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening 

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Incident response experience

Clearance:
Must have an active Top Secret level clearance
