Job description

Role: Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator
Level: Intermediate to Senior
Experience: 3+ years

Scope

  • Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, custom reports, and dashboards;
  • Maintaining and customizing multiple Salesforce Cloud applications;
  • Managing operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues;
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud portals connected to Service Cloud.
  • Manage users, permissions, sharing rules, and portal access.
  • Configure Case management, Knowledge articles, and support workflows within Experience Cloud.
  • Support portal performance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to maintain platform stability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud configuration and portal management.
  • Experience supporting Service Cloud processes (Cases, Knowledge, Service Console).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, automation, and configuration tools.
