The Solutions Engineer ensures the seamless translation of all necessary technical details into a comprehensive order, illustrated through solution specifications and topology diagrams.
Beyond this, the Solutions Engineer is tasked with conducting thorough pre-sales site surveys, offering a critical component in the assessment process. Furthermore, they assist in training both the sales and customer service teams on our products, demonstrating a commitment to knowledge dissemination within the organization.

Solutions Engineer - Salary: $60,000 - $84,000 + Bonuses/Commissions

Solutions Engineer Position: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the IT or Telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in straightforward managed cloud, network, DIA, and SBI deals.

Solutoins Engineer II Position: Seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the Telecom industry or related IT field.

In addition to the responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer, the SEII role involves:

  • Tackling more intricate DIA's, Wi-Fi, Voice Solutions, and Small to medium multi-site network solutions.
