What you will do
  • Lead the overall architecture, design, and deployment of cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that support organizational and customer requirements.
  • Manage the organization's cloud environments, including front-end platforms, servers, storage solutions, and management networks.
  • Define and maintain cloud architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to integrate modern software development techniques and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve performance, security, and efficiency.
  • Ensure cloud systems meet performance, compliance, and security expectations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams regarding cloud architecture and implementation strategies.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of cloud environments to maintain high availability and reliability.

What we are looking for
Level 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience architecting, designing, and implementing cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, distributed systems, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure including networking, storage, security controls, and virtualization.
  • Ability to design systems that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
