Job Description P3+Uplift has partnered with a highly innovative Midwest-based enterprise organization in their search for a Principal Architect to help shape and scale next-generation AI capabilities across the business. This role will focus on driving AI-native architecture initiatives supporting areas such as enterprise productivity, product innovation, operational efficiency, and intelligent workflow automation. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly visible innovation-focused team where you'll help rapidly prototype, experiment, and architect scalable AI solutions from concept through production in a modern cloud-first environment.
