A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to support the security, resilience, and scalability of its cloud infrastructure and technology platforms. The organization manages assets for institutional and private clients worldwide while leveraging advanced technologies to support investment research, portfolio management, trading operations, and business-critical services. As the firm's cloud footprint continues to expand, the security team is investing heavily in modern cloud technologies, security automation, and enterprise-wide cyber defense capabilities.
As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for securing cloud environments across the full technology stack. This position offers a blend of engineering, operational security, architecture review, automation, and risk reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure teams, developers, security operations, and business stakeholders to identify security gaps, implement controls, and improve the organization's overall cloud security posture.
The role requires a broad understanding of cloud technologies and emerging cybersecurity threats. You will help design security controls, improve visibility across cloud environments, remediate vulnerabilities, support incident response efforts, develop security automation solutions, and evaluate new technologies before they are deployed into production.   • Strong experience securing AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
