About the Team

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Hybrid Cloud Management, you'll help shape our product's story in the market. We offer a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days in the office) and minimal travel (5-10%) for industry events and customer meetings. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow into a well-rounded product marketer while contributing creative ideas that drive real impact.

Your Role

  • Develop compelling sales enablement materials, customer case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content that resonates with our target market and buyers
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to translate technical features into clear value propositions, maintaining sales collateral and competitive intelligence resources
  • Assist in planning and executing customer adoption programs, bootcamps, and training sessions to drive product usage and retention globally
  • Maintain product websites, create digital marketing content, and support webinar/event planning to enhance market presence
  • Monitor competitive landscape, and represent the company at customer executive briefings, speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, analyst briefings, etc.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology marketing, product marketing, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud, DevOps, or IT operations
  • Experience creating content for technical audiences

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 97,120 and USD $ 192,960 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
