Job description

Job Title: Cloud Functional Consultants

Location: Alsip, IL 4 days onsite till 3 months and then he can do hybrid. The client will take care of the travel expenses.

Duration: 6+6 Months/Full-time

Rate/Salary: Best Minimum Possible

The client has 2 roles, SCM and Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hands on consultant in Fusion SCM & MFG
  • Expertise in Global Implementations / Rollouts or modernization of ERP platform
  • Experience working on at minimum one end to end Cloud Implementation

Agriculture industry expertise is required. 

We are seeking two senior resources to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance project stream leads as we transition from Oracle EBS system to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Specifically, we're after resources who can act as mentors and strategic partners to our internal stream leads - who are talented but stepping into ERP project workstream roles for the first time. These advisors will not be responsible for delivery but will play a critical role in helping our leads:

  1. Navigate the challenges and risks of a complex ERP transformation
  2. Understand what good looks like at each stage
  3. Build confidence and capability in leading cross-functional teams and engaging SMEs
  4. Taking ownership of end-to-end functional domains and cross-functional handoff points
  5. Drive accountability across workstream activity, decision making, and project execution
  6. Uplift understanding and adoption of best business practices in the agrichemicals industry 

Our preferred background for these resources include: 

  1. Deep knowledge of the agribusiness industry, processes, and standards
  2. Deep end-to-end domain expertise in SCM / Finance
  3. Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud
  4. Strong coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
