About Ntegral

Ntegral is an AI-first technology company specializing in cloud marketplace solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform. We operate at the intersection of automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure, delivering scalable solutions to enterprise customers through hyperscaler marketplaces.

Position Overview

Ntegral is seeking a Senior DevOps / Multi-Cloud Delivery Lead to own the infrastructure and automated delivery pipeline that powers our marketplace operations. The automation framework is already built and tested — this person’s job is to own it, maintain it, extend it, and handle platform changes as they arise. This is a hands‑on technical lead role. The right candidate is senior enough to understand complex cloud infrastructure, provide day‑to‑day technical direction to a junior engineer, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a lean, AI‑first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, maintain, and extend Ntegral’s automated marketplace publishing pipeline across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP
  • Manage end‑to‑end build, deploy, test, and submission workflows for marketplace solutions
  • Monitor system performance and ensure solutions operate within platform specifications and compliance requirements
  • Handle platform updates, certification changes, and hyperscaler policy changes as they arise
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical direction to the existing Azure Cloud Specialist
  • Collaborate with the Full Stack Developer and Product Manager to align deployment timelines with product launches
  • Analyze and resolve infrastructure issues, adapting automation to maintain efficiency at scale
  • Document operational processes and technical procedures to support knowledge transfer and team growth
  • Stay current with hyperscaler platform updates, certifications, and marketplace requirements across all four platforms
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to assess how infrastructure changes affect delivery outcomes across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Judgment and Decision Making: Making sound technical decisions independently, especially under time pressure
  • Active Learning: Rapidly absorbing changes across multiple hyperscaler platforms and tools
  • Dependability: Reliable and consistent in maintaining systems that directly impact revenue delivery
  • Coordination: Directing others and aligning workstreams across engineering and product functions
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing complex, automated systems where small errors have downstream consequences
  • Initiative: Proactively identifying risks, improvements, and platform changes without waiting to be directed
Technical Requirements
  • Microsoft Azure certification required (AZ‑104 Administrator Associate or AZ‑400 DevOps Engineer Expert preferred)
  • AWS certification required (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)
  • GCP and OCI certifications preferred (OCI certifications available through Oracle University)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud‑native deployment
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
  • AI literacy is required. Must be comfortable working in an environment where automation and AI tools are core to daily operations (e.g., using AI‑assisted development tools, writing and refining prompts, and critically evaluating AI‑generated output as a standard part of workflows)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi‑cloud environments across two or more hyperscalers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hyperscaler marketplace publishing (Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, OCI Marketplace, or GCP Marketplace)
  • Experience providing technical direction to junior engineers or contractors
  • Familiarity with SEO standards for marketplace listing optimization
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience required, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity managing multi‑cloud environments.
