Job description

CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing both pre and post-sales support for our customers. The candidate for this position will possess a strong technical background with experience in selling and/or supporting cloud computing products, services, and solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Conduct and facilitate trials of our CloudHealth product, including defining and managing success criteria
  • Responsible for presenting the product to customers and at external events - conferences, seminars
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management
  • Responsible for on-boarding new customers, including initial training
  • Communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Product Management

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
  • Previous experience in a pre or post sales engineering or technical support positions.
  • Experience and familiarity of cloud management products a plus
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent
  • Understanding of systems management products used to manage cloud infrastructure, such as: Nagios, Chef, Puppet
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures
