Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve citizens' lives. The Cloud Architect will design, build, and manage cloud computing infrastructure and services, providing technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop secure cloud solutions for government and industry clients.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage an organization’s cloud computing infrastructure and services.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based systems and applications, as well as monitor and optimize the performance of cloud systems.
• Develop a multi-cloud solution working with government and industry customers.
• Provide technical leadership on an agile development team of devsecops engineers, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity professionals to design and orchestrate secure cloud solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of technology experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
• 5+ years of experience supporting the Cloud environments to include, delivering, securing and managing container-based applications and supporting the Cloud
• 10+ years of experience in software development to include: Python, commercial or on-prem cloud, and git experience
• Experience with DevOps (configuration management, application deployment, security)
• Strong debugging skills (grepping logs, stack traces, tracking down permissions issues, etc.)
• 5+ years of systems administration and automation experience with Windows and Linux to include PowerShell and/or Bash Scripting
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering projects to include mentorship, development, and management of the team
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
