The PaaS database engineer will be experienced in cloud-based technologies with the ability to customize cloud systems to meet the requirements for performance, maintenance, and security.### **NOTE: This is a WFH role. Sponsorship is not available including if you are currently on OPT.****Required Job Qualifications:**\* Bachelor degree and 6 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience\* Experience with Azure SQL databases, Azure SQL Managed Instances\* Automation experience with Ansible, Harness \* Experience with As a Service technologies \* Experience with Cloud Orchestration and Management technologies \* Experience with Monitoring and Event Management technologies \* Experience with Automation technologies \* Operations Management experience \* Experience with ITIL v3 \* Experience with IT standards, procedures, policies \* Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned)**Preferred Job Qualifications:**\* Master’s Degree (Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees) \* Work on setting up automation for infrastructure as code provisioning of Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Database for PostgreSQL and related Platform as a Service (PaaS) databases \* Setup standards for automation \* Establish best practices for PaaS database automation \* Work with database Subject Matter Experts to setup the database standards for automation and work on provisioning the environments \* Development experience in any language like C#, Java, Python \* Experience with azure networking and security#LI-BS1#LI-Remote#INCR### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
