Position Overview
Diverse Agile Solutions is seeking two (2) Senior Cloud Administrators to support the Federal Reserve Board in administering and enhancing its enterprise Okta Identity Platform.
This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced identity and access management professionals to play a critical role in protecting enterprise systems through secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance. The selected candidates will help strengthen the Board's identity infrastructure while supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Cloud Administrator, you will:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the enterprise Okta Identity Platform.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with Okta using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Configure and manage authorization servers, API access controls, and group-based permissions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain authentication and authorization policies.
  • Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication policies.
  • Troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, authorization, and application integration issues.
  • Support user provisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve identity services.
  • Participate in operational support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Okta in enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting:
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • SAML
    • OAuth 2.0
    • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Experience developing and maintaining Okta Workflows.
  • Strong understanding of:
