Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Zscaler Cloud Security Services Admin to manage and enhance cloud security services. The role involves troubleshooting, updating, and ensuring the effective deployment of Zscaler applications while maintaining security standards.
Responsibilities:
• Experiences in Log tickets for unexpected errors as they may be symptoms of larger errors (i.e. a server is down) with Zscaler
• Troubleshooting testing of client version daily
• Ensure Zapp is bypassed from other applications and security solutions to prevent outages.
• Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually (Leverage the possible as best practice)
• Push of the latest Zapp version (Leverage possible as best practice) after review and decision of deployment is made.
• Review release notes, compare discovered issues and develop fixes for client images.
• Determine users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group.
• Assign users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group for Zapp.
• Pilot users on new Zapp versions first & then roll out.
• Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually by working closely with Zscaler to do the upgrade.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have a good knowledge of ZIA, ZPA & ZDX and work on 24*7 rotational shift.
• Knowledge of configuring GRE and IPsec tunnel in Zscaler.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting the common issues in ZIA and ZPA.
• Knowledge of app profile and Client file.
• Work on enhancing the features of both ZIA and ZPA as per the security standards.
