Location: Santa Clara University Campus Store
Compensation: $18.70/hour
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-time, Hourly

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our team as an Seasonal Associate at the Santa Clara Campus Textbook & Apparel Store! In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for students and staff, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Maintenance & Operations:

  • Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well-organized for both customers and staff.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, door handles, and frequently used items like phones, credit card machines, and signature pads.
  • Regularly clean the breakroom and vacuum rugs, entry mats, and other designated areas.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.

Stocking & Organization:

  • Ensure shopping bags, receipt paper, and barcode labels are readily available at all registers and workstations.
  • Organize and restock clothing returns and merchandise, keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
  • Straighten and organize customer pick-up orders for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain orderliness of hangers, clothing racks, and overall store appearance.
  • Regularly clean store walkways using a Swiffer to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
