Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:

A detail-oriented and service-driven Valet Presser who takes pride in delivering impeccable garment care and presentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring our guests look and feel their best by providing expert pressing and finishing services with precision and care.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of fabrics and garments, maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, and contribute to a seamless laundry operation that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Press and finish guest garments and hotel linens according to established standards.

  • Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring proper temperature and technique.

  • Inspect items for stains, damage, or special instructions before pressing.

  • Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests or delivering items.

  • Ensure timely return of garments to meet guest expectations.

  • Operate and maintain pressing equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area.

  • Verify that all items meet hotel standards before delivery.

  • Follow proper tagging and tracking procedures to prevent loss or mix-ups.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.

  • Stand for extended periods during shifts.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience in a Dry-Cleaning operation and/or high-volume laundry operation is preferred.

  • Handles the expected number of laundry items per shift (as set by hotel standards or management).

  • Ability to identify fabric types and apply appropriate pressing techniques.

  • Ensures all cleaned items are returned free of stains, properly pressed, tagged and correctly packaged.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Comfortable working in hot, humid, and noisy environments.

  • Must be guest-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.

  • Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
