Sales Associate Pay: Start $11-$13/hour based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create a positive store experience by greeting customers and creating a fun and convenient place for our customers to shop.
  • Become familiar with brands, products and prices. Learn the ins and outs of buying merchandise & selling in a retail environment.
  • Buy used clothing and accessories from customers
  • Promote our store: Quickly build relationships with customers and tell them about promotions, explain the selling process and ask customers to sell to us.
  • Tag incoming product and restock sales floor
  • Maintain store environment, creating an organized, fun and inviting place to shop. Be creative and put displays together, along with keeping the floor neat and shoppable.

Shift Leader Requirements:

  • 1-year previous supervisor or related experience required
  • 2 -3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends
  • Open Availability preferred.
  • Skilled at time management, comfortable multi-tasking and able to work at a fast pace
