Responsibilities with Onsite Training
  • Receive all incoming phone calls and schedule all Design Consultant appointments
  • Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Laid back environment
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
  • Assist the management team with various administrative tasks
  • Set up service tickets
  • Able to work well independently and with others in a team environment
  • Learn our products, organizational structures, and apply relevant terminology
  • Gain industry knowledge

Qualifications
  • Outgoing, motivated, self-driven individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a strong affinity for Client Service
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working as a client services representative
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Able to adapt quickly to change
