Holiday Seasonal Associate

About the Role

Join Williams-Sonoma this holiday season and help create an inspiring shopping experience for customers preparing to celebrate life's special moments at home. As a Holiday Seasonal Associate, you'll support the store where it's needed most-assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for the busiest shopping season of the year.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.

Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.

Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.

Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.

Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.

Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.

Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
