The Robert J. Roll Agency is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Riverview, MI.

This position is focused primarily on life insurance sales and client protection planning. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a meaningful career helping families protect what matters most — while achieving consistent monthly sales goals.

Our target: 5 issued life policies per month.

Position Overview

As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

  • Conduct life insurance reviews with existing clients
  • Prospect and develop new life insurance opportunities
  • Present protection strategies including term, whole life, final expense, mortgage protection, and business life solutions
  • Follow a structured needs-based sales process
  • Schedule and run appointments (in-person, phone, and virtual)
  • Track pipeline activity and consistently work toward monthly production goals
  • Build long-term client relationships through annual reviews

This role is sales-focused, not primarily service-oriented.

Responsibilities
