Job description

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Management Practice.
 

As part of Workforce Management (WFM) implementations, STG provides onsite and remote support for the installation and configuration of new time clocks. We are currently looking for consultants with experience efficiently installing time clocks to integrate with ADP WorkForce Manager/UKG WFM/Dimensions, so employees’ punches are accurately recorded with little to no downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Full installation and technical configuration of new time clocks
  • Complete setup and integration with WorkForce Manager
  • Testing each time clock using a sample employee profile to ensure all clock functions work properly

Required Qualification(s):

  • Hands-on Kronos/WFM/eTIME implementation experience with Clock installation and configuration expertise
  • Experience with Kronos setup configurations including but not limited to: Pay Code, Pay Cal 1 & 2, Pay Preps Timesheet Profile, Holiday Table Profile, Export Codes, Accrual Profile, Advance Scheduler, Adjustment rules, Work rules, Zones, Access Profiles.

Duration: These are project-based consulting opportunities which have varying durations depending on the client’s requirements including number of clocks, timeframe, request for installation and/or configuration/setup.
