What is a CLO manager?

A CLO Manager is a financial professional or firm responsible for managing Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), which are complex investment vehicles backed primarily by a pool of corporate loans. They also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the terms of the CLO structure. Effective CLO management requires expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management, and knowledge of leveraged loan markets.
