GENERAL SUMMARY
Under supervision and following established policies and department procedures, assist in the preparation and analysis of loan requests and renewals and provide administrative assistance to the department within the duties described below.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist the team in loan processing, underwriting, monitoring, and servicing.
  • Assist the team with some aspects of portfolio management.
  • Answer client inquiries.
  • Process loan closing, funding, and post funding assignments.
  • Maintain loan application log.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: College degree in accounting or business preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: One year of retail branch experience required, and in loan administration (commercial lending and real estate loans) preferred.
  • Skills/Ability:
  • PC literate, proficiency with MS Office.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organization skills, able to prioritize work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Spanish is a plus.

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
