Intellect Care (Counseling / Psychotherapy) is a collaborative process aimed at guiding, exploring, and/or resolving personal, social, or psychological issues. Counseling is particularly useful when clients seek tools or techniques to support their mental health. Psychotherapy identifies harmful patterns of thought and behavior that may limit the client's quality of life, and provides them with more effective ways to think, act, and interact with others. An Intellect Care session normally lasts up to 60 minutes.

Offer individual mental health support via teleconsultation and/or in-person to Intellect clients. Manage a variety of clinical cases: depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more. Collaborate with our internal clinical team to improve the client platform and programs.

Counselor: Minimum master's degree in Counseling / Psychology Counseling. Minimum 300 hours of post-qualification counseling experience (internship, practicum, or residency included).

Clinical Psychologist: Minimum master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Minimum 300 hours of post-qualification clinical / therapeutic experience.

Required Skills: Mastery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches (Motivational Interviewing, DBT, TBAS). Bilingual French / English required—sessions can be conducted in both languages. Valid and active license applicable to the country of practice.
