Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop business revenues:

    • Develop the funnel of opportunities and the revenues related to the Hospital Automation portfolio

    • Support the Sales team to develop lead generation, qualify opportunities, quote customer proposals (Equipment & Services), answer tenders, and close deals

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for various audiences (Nurses, Doctors, IT, Biomedical engineers and Management teams)

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on connectivity projects in the Acute Care and Alternate Care sectors

  • Work closely with Delivery and Service teams to ensure Customer Satisfaction

    • Support Technical, Clinical and Sales teams to implement and maintain our solutions

    • Act as the customer advocate for all matters involving Automation Solutions; serve as a bridge between customer needs and our global specialty teams (clinical, marketing, engineering)

    • Collaborate with central teams to implement the company strategy & collect regional information

    • Conduct competition & market analysis

    • Provide product suggestions, improvements, and enhancements

    • Participate in local Sales/Marketing events (symposia, tradeshows...)

    • Train Sales & Clinical Systems teams

  • Collaborate closely with 3rd parties to enable new Hospital Automation projects, such as:

    • Medical device companies

    • HIS / EMR companies

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database, Cloud Computing) and/or Hospital Information Technology

  • Experience in Sales / Pre-sales activities

  • Knowledge of interoperability standards (IHE, HL7, etc.)

  • Good understanding of hospital workflows, Intensive Care, Perioperative Care and the healthcare ecosystem

  • Fluent English required; French and Dutch are a real asset

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar education level in healthcare sciences (IS-IT / Biomedical Engineering) is preferred
