Part Time Position

Pay:ย $25.00 - $27.00 an hour (DOE)

Location: 370 N Wiget Ln #100, Walnut Creek, CA 94598 ย (On-Site)

Up toย 25 hours per week (potential room for additional hours in future)

We're looking for Clinical Support Staff to help create joy and heal generations at Embark Behavioral Health'sย Outpatient program in Walnut Creek. This is your chance to help reduce adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates.ย 

At Embark, you'll find a supportive team where empathy, trust, and growth are the name of the game!

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
  • Comfort with ages 12 -28 yrs. of age
  • Prepare and supply group rooms
  • Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
  • Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
  • Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
  • Experience working with adolescents, teens and young adults ages 12 - 28 yrs. old
  • Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a state background check
  • Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experienceย
