Do you have a passion for helping at-risk children right when and where they need it mostโ€ฆin their schools, homes and neighborhoods? Beech Brook, one of Northeast Ohio's premier mental health agencies, is currently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Clinical Lead Therapists and Clinical Behavioral Specialist's staff in our expanding school-based population. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Essential Responsibilities (Other duties as needed):
  • Travel to schools and community sites to provide supervision to our school-based clinical team
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to meet compliance requirements
  • Facilitate effective relationships in order to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team as well as manage partnerships with the schools
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex mental health needs.
