Description Primary Objective: Lead a team that collects, analyzes, validates, and processes technical, operational, survivability, and maintenance data from XM30 prototype testing to support advanced analytic tool development and inform the Army's acquisition decisions. Core Responsibilities: * Leading a team of on-site data collectors: Observing test execution, reviewing test plans and recording processes. Examining standardized procedures at test sites during live-fire, mobility, and Soldier Touchpoint test events * Operational Performance Monitoring: Recording data on specific XM30 requirements, including all major systems and subsystems to include mobility and power systems; survivability and protection systems; lethality and weapons systems; and mission command and sensor systems.
