These programs typically combine classroom instruction with practical training, focusing on topics such as clinical trial monitoring, regulatory compliance, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. The goal is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to begin a career as a CRA, often including job placement assistance or internships.
