Job description

Clinical Research Nurse

We are seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to support clinical research studies through patient recruitment, enrollment, study coordination, data collection, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in ensuring study integrity, participant safety, and successful trial execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll study participants.
  • Educate patients on research protocols and study requirements.
  • Collect and document clinical research data.
  • Conduct chart reviews and support adverse event reporting.
  • Coordinate study activities, meetings, and communications with participating institutions.
  • Maintain compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active PA RN License.
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, including 1 year of RN experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.
  • Experience with GCP, adverse event reporting, chart review, and Epic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology or radiology experience.
  • Prior leadership or management experience.

Work Environment: Hybrid office and hospital-based setting. After 60 days of training, eligible to work remotely 1-2 days per week based on study needs. This is a key opportunity to help build and grow an expanding clinical research program.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00/hr.
