Job Description Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on leading complex initiatives that drive real business impact. Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and operational initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to partner with business and IT leaders, manage multiple high-profile projects, and help deliver strategic programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include: Lead complex technology and business transformation projects from initiation through implementation.

Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while balancing competing priorities. Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to define project objectives and delivery strategies. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.

Facilitate Agile delivery practices and support iterative project execution. Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while driving timely resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across business and IT.

Support governance activities, executive reporting, and project steering committees. Build and maintain enterprise roadmaps while managing project interdependencies. Mentor team members and promote project management best practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For 6+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. 2+ years of experience working within Agile or hybrid Agile environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Experience managing multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading enterprise system implementations or large technology transformation initiatives. Background in financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.

Experience with Jira or other Agile project management tools. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are a plus. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Military leadership experience is welcomed and considered equivalent to formal education requirements.
