We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivering exceptional results while building strong relationships with our clients and project teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
  • Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing projects up to $15M+.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or other professional certifications are a plus.
