Job Description The Associate Global Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the utilization strategy, development, marketing and performance of the ArcticGel™ Pads and Arctic Sun™ Vital Insights Portal ensuring adoption and success on a worldwide scale. This person will support all aspects of product life cycle and will be responsible for developing a deep clinical understanding of internal/external customer needs including therapy prescribing habits, identifying and driving prioritized product enhancements, strategic positioning, as well as supporting the development of go-to-market strategies for various regions while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of product marketing strategies across the product lifecycle to drive market awareness, adoption, and profitable growth
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities that inform product strategy and commercialization
  • Develop and maintain compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in clinical, economic, and customer value
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, and Marketing Communications to align on product initiatives and ensure execution against business objectives
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and product launch execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and sales enablement
  • Support development and maintenance of commercial tools and collateral (e.g., sales presentations, training materials, customer-facing content) to support field effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Monitor product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Support development of product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements based on customer insights, competitive landscape, and business priorities
  • Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and SKU/inventory management to support product availability and financial performance
  • Enable field success by ensuring sales teams are equipped with effective tools, training, and insights to drive product utilization
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and content development aligned to commercial objectives and growth priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market understanding and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience, proactively address issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow through preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
