Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to join our team! As a Clinical Program Director, you will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of the clinical and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful clinic. 
Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programs
  • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures 
  • Recruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training procedures
  • Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forward
  • Assist with developing budgets and financial documentation, including both expenses and revenue
  • Attend a variety of training workshops and work-related meetings and events to stay up to date on the latest expectations and regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director in non profit is preferred
  • The required licensing/certification to perform this role LCSW or LPC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
