Job description

Seeking a BE/BC Program Director for our ACGME accredited Family Medicine Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical education and training residents combined with a strong focus and commitment to ensuring patient care remains a priority.

  • Approximately 50% administration and 50% clinical
  • Must have 3+ years experience in academic medicine as Core Faculty or Program Director
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education is maintained
  • Establish strategic direction of the program, its standards, quality, and reputation of the Family Medicine Residency program as followed by faculty and residents
  • Residency program practice management, overall residency operations, and resident oversight
  • Program recruitment, interviews, and selection of residents;six residents are welcomed per year
  • Recruit and oversee faculty and clinical rotations
  • Maintain ongoing clinical activity in Family Medicine, consistent with ACGME guidelines
  • Teach residents through clinical and didactic work
