  • This position is responsible for supporting clinical program development in collaboration with Health Services business partners and cross-functional work groups.
  • The Clinical Program Designer assists in the development and implementation of efficient and effective standards, policy and procedures, and decision support systems that support the ongoing improvement initiatives of the clinical and administrative operations.
  • This position may lead less experienced team members and oversee project completion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct Healthcare program development, program management, and/or project management.
  • Experience in Managed Care, Utilization Management, or Disease Management.
  • Effective communication and written skills and ability to communicate and influence internal and external customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Masters degree in business, healthcare or related field (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN).
  • Experience in Healthcare industry.
