Senior Technical Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (DC Metro Area Preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
Venesco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of FDA-regulated medical products. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery, compliance, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization
โ€ข Develop Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and long-term product strategies
โ€ข Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and manufacturing
โ€ข Identify development risks and implement mitigation strategies
โ€ข Ensure compliance with FDA, GLP, and GMP standards
โ€ข Conduct technical product reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments
โ€ข Support regulatory submissions including IND, NDA, BLA, and IDE
โ€ข Mentor junior staff and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: โ€ข Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or PharmD) in life sciences or related discipline โ€ข 10+ years of product development or technical product management experience โ€ข Experience supporting FDA-regulated products and regulatory submissions โ€ข Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications: โ€ข PMP or Agile certification โ€ข Experience supporting government or military health programs
