Neurosciences
Etown and Bardstown, KY
Full-Time
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the practice, including objective measures in a "balanced scorecard" approach.
  • Schedules physician and staff personnel and manages leave requests
  • Make recommendations regarding equipment and supplies needed to maintain efficient operations; order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Prepare and submit an annual budget
  • Work with Marketing and Public Relations as needed to enhance public image of the clinic.
  • Establishes and maintains an efficient and responsive patient flow system.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, visitors, physicians. employees and coworkers
  • Serves as the facility's representative to the business community and public at large
  • Plan new programs to be developed within the office. Research and isolates opportunities and develops plans for Director review to market new or existing services the facilities may offer
  • Daily balancing and bank depositing and invoice processing
  • Must be able to conduct periodic audits of charts, policies and procedures and/or direct this process for the entire facility.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of employees

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
  • Associate's degree in business or health care related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and project management skills as demonstrated by the ability to manage personnel and technical issues and the knowledge of financial analysis tools and PC skills.
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the payor environment, patient service delivery systems and federal/state rules and regulations regarding billing processes.
