Job description

Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Policy & Standards and in collaboration with Clinical Excellence leadership, the Clinical Practice and Policy Specialist serves as a nursing expert responsible for advancing clinical policy, standardization, and nursing practice.
This role integrates system-level policy coordination with frontline clinical practice support. The specialist ensures that clinical policies are developed, implemented, and sustained in alignment with LifeBridge Health standards while also advancing evidence-based nursing practice, frontline nurse support and quality outcomes at the site level.
The position partners with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and frontline teams to promote safe, high-quality, and consistent care delivery in the acute hospital setting.

Master of Science in Nursing

Experience:

5-7 years

Pay Range: $43.33 to $67.16 Based On Experience
