Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room team in Morgantown, West Virginia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced perioperative nursing leader who is passionate about surgical services, team development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient care.

As Nurse Manager of the Operating Room, you will provide leadership and oversight for OR operations while working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and hospital leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience in the perioperative setting along with the leadership skills necessary to support a high-performing surgical team.

The Successful Candidate Should Have:
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses certification within six months of hire
  • At least three years of clinical experience
