Medical Technologist ASCP
MLR Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled Medical Technologist, ASCP certified, to join our dynamic team at a leading hospital in South Carolina. In this essential role, you will perform professional laboratory work in accordance with established clinical procedures, conducting complex chemical and biological tests on patient specimens to support accurate medical diagnoses. Pay: $62,974 - $92,644
Schedule: Nights Weekend Only
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and perform analysis of specimens to include quality control, evaluate validity of results obtained
  • Perform routine and pre-routine maintenance, train, and document proficiency of assigned employees/students as directed by supervisor
  • Collect, prepare, store and/or transport specimens using correct techniques, anticoagulants, and protocol
