As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Humane Pathways, you will:

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, applying evidence-based techniques to assist clients with emotional and social issues.
• Maintain accurate and meticulous client records in compliance with our standards and electronic health record systems.
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of clinical interns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in regular program meetings, training sessions, and professional development as needed.
• Complete reports and documentation requested by the Director, ensuring clarity and compliance with agency policies.
• Coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, enhancing our pipeline of future clinicians.
• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and universities, ensuring they meet required documentation for their educational programs.
• Engage in performance evaluations for interns, addressing retention and corrective action when necessary.
• Monitor intern caseloads and provide clinical consultation during both crisis and non-crisis situations.
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained virtual environment, promptly addressing any related issues with management.
• Actively participate in audits and quality assurance processes to uphold the integrity of client records and service delivery.

The clients you will serve include adults, children, and families experiencing diverse emotional and social challenges. Working closely with other medical professionals and family members, you will tailor your interventions to meet each client's unique needs. Your role is crucial in helping individuals navigate their difficulties and fostering resilience in their lives.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Current, independent licensing in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• The ability to provide telehealth services, requiring a reliable internet connection suitable for virtual consultations.
• A commitment to maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and county policies relevant to clinical practice.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation center is beneficial.
• Experience in supervising interns or healthcare trainees.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AWARDS, or equivalent.
