The Summer Spring Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position offers the opportunity to support individuals on their journey to improved emotional health and wellness, while also offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.

This role will be predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring effective engagement with clients through telehealth methods. Our outpatient office provides a supportive and collaborative environment where our therapists work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment. Despite the remote nature, we prioritize team-building activities and regular communication to maintain a strong organizational culture.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs while considering pre-crisis and crisis situations.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to create behavioral guidelines and risk assessments aimed at reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing coping strategies.
• Complete timely documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies, including the use of evidence-based screening tools as dictated by the clinical team.
• Engage actively in program development by participating in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and positive behavior support plans.
• Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development, contributing to the accreditation process by participating in relevant training and supervision sessions.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is mandatory.
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with clients.
• Exceptional listening skills paired with an empathetic approach while providing structured guidance.
• Highly organized with an acute attention to detail to manage multiple client needs effectively.

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services effectively.
• Working knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and their application in various mental health contexts.
• Exposure to collaborative care models and interdisciplinary teams in a mental health setting.

The Summer Spring Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, with potential for productivity bonuses based on performance.
