Job description

Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Responsible for structuring the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision-making capabilities. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Engages in data exploration exercises with a variety of complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures. Collaborates with other analytic teams and the central engineering team as directed.
Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Required Licensure Certification, etc.
  • EDW internal certification is required within 6 months.

Work Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of 4 - 7 years of related experience in health care, including a minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience

Salary Range: Minimum 37.70/hour - Maximum 65.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
