  • Optimize operational efficiency for meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training.

What you'll bring:

  • An unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are unable to accept applications from individuals requiring clinical supervision.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year of post-licensure experience. Experience with instructional design and content development is required.
  • Proven background in corporate training or public speaking, with a strong grasp of adult learning principles, virtual engagement techniques, and training evaluation methods.
  • High competency engaging learners virtually; proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and alternative event/webinar platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills to engage effectively with corporate customers and fellow Spring Health team members.
