Position Description

Performs clinical applications support duties with the cliniciansand staff providing patient care in the ambulatory clinicsetting.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand theirneeds and opportunities to improve efficiencies within the EMR
  • Develop plans/trainings for end users utilizing dataanalytics
  • Partner with the EMR team to create best practice workflows forstaff
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and theEMR team
  • Review patient data to make medical workflows safer and moreefficient
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems reported byclinical team members
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to improve documentationquality and patient outcomes
