Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT managed services or Epic-enabled hospital operations

  • Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas

  • Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts

  • Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins

  • In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract Budgets and Cost Cases (not P&L)

  • Working knowledge of Epic EHR from an IT operations and delivery leadership perspective, with broad familiarity across multiple modules (ambulatory experience preferred)

  • Experience managing post-go-live stabilization and steady-state operations in a hospital or health system environment; ITIL-grounded service management approach

  • Proven ability to lead blended delivery workforces of 150+ personnel (FTEs, rebadged employees, and subcontractors) in a managed services model

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Successful long term customer relationship management

  • Background in healthcare IT consulting, preferably within a major Systems Integration firm preferred

  • Experience building or supporting clinical informatics functions that bridge IT operations with hospital clinical workflows

  • Strong preference for candidates located in Rhode Island or commutable within approximately 1 hour (Greater Boston acceptable); frequent on-site presence required at our client's facilities.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $161,520 to $290,760based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $193,920 to $348,840

California (All Other): $177,720 to $319,800

Colorado:$161,520 to $290,760

Massachusetts: $161,520 to $319,800

New York City:$193,920 to $348,840

Washington:$177,720 to $319,800

Washington DC: $177,720 to $319,800

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
