Evergreen Clinical Trials is seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) without an active medical license to join our growing research team as a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator.


This role is ideal for MD/DO graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research, expanding their medical knowledge, and contributing to the advancement of medical science.

Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Pay:
$48,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Plus performance-based bonuses

About the Role

As a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator, you will support Phase I–V clinical trials involving investigational medications and medical devices across multiple specialties, including:

  • Psychiatry
  • Internal Medicine
  • Neurology

All responsibilities are performed under the supervision of Principal Investigators and in accordance with FDA regulations and study protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and conduct intake assessments for potential study participants
  • Obtain informed consent in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct study visits, including:
  • Vital signs
  • Phlebotomy
  • EKGs
  • Ultrasounds
  • Medical histories and concomitant medications
  • Accurately document study data, protocol notes, and source documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for study participants
  • Maintain study binders, regulatory documentation, and data entry systems
  • Manage inventory and ordering of study supplies and equipment

Ideal Candidate

  • Medical Doctor (MD/DO or equivalent), no active U.S. medical license required
  • Strong interest in clinical research and drug/device development
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team
  • Prior clinical or research experience preferred but not required — paid training provided
