This position is 100% remote, offering you the convenience and flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. The detox center operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing structured hours that promote consistent and reliable support for our patients. As an LCSW at West Wing, you will be integral to our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals across various specialties to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough patient health histories through direct interviews with patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach to sensitive topics.
• Utilize your specialized knowledge in clinical social work to identify potential diagnoses and develop tailored interventions that promote effective care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to comply with regulatory standards and enhance the continuity of care.
• Provide timely responses to patient inquiries and ensure all referrals are followed up diligently, fostering clear communication throughout the treatment process.
• Occasionally serve as the designated on-call clinician, handling patient emergencies with swift, competent decision-making during scheduled work hours.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, addressing the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of mental health and addiction challenges.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who are navigating complex mental health issues, including substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals at different stages of their recovery journey. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, while a Master’s degree in social work (MSW) is strongly preferred for deeper clinical expertise.
• Active and valid Nevada Social Worker (LCSW) license, with the capability to practice independently is essential for this position.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues effectively.
• Expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments, implementing clinical interventions, and creating effective treatment plans that cater to patients' distinctive needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is required, with experience in addiction treatment and mental health preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
