Job description

The Quality Measure Performance Specialist is responsible for the execution, monitoring, validation, and support of CMS and payer-driven quality measures within a clinic-based environment. This is an individual contributor role that works under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer/ Administrator. The position focuses on measure performance, documentation accuracy, and timely follow-through on identified gaps in care. The role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
